Max crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025. End of life photos were captured before his final appointment with the vet, documenting his best friends and family connections alongside his favourite treats.
He lived a beautiful life with his adopted pawrents, taking joy in nature walks and swimming at his local waterhole. This composite features trees/woodlands and water, reflecting the love of his outdoor adventures.

Mr Waggles crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025.
A much trickier piece to create, using an exisiting image, supplied via an old post on Instagram. Sometimes there is not enough time to organise an End of Life Session, and many people wish they knew the service existed in their time of need.
When there simply is no time, or if you are learning about memorial pet portraits after your pet has departed, I am able to create special fine art memorial composites from an image you supply from your digital camera roll, bringing you a beautiful pet portrait to honour your beloved pet.

🌈 A Gift To My Mum
This beautiful wee poppet was a soul dog - a best friend, companion and daily joy.
Missed so dearly, I was asked to create a memorial portrait as a gift for her mum. This was possibly one of my trickier starting images, but the end result was perfection. Check out FURever Pets on Instagram to see the full before & after transformation.
Both she & her mum were over the moon happy to have this piece of art to remember their little dog.

Horses steal hearts too.
Normally, the first thing I do is remove collars and distractions - but I had an overwhelming sense of connection between his tack and rider.
I have no claim to superpowers, psychic abilities or anything of the sort - I do believe all things happen for a reason, even though they sometimes hurt, don't always make sense or seem so unfair.
I keep an open mind and an open heart, and that energy seems to connect with whatever it is I'm working on - it forms a guiding light. I never quite know how a memorial portrait will turn out - but that tuned-in energy guides my work, & tells me when it's done. See the before & after below.

Like so many, life was going great for Wesley, until it wasn't.
Wesley crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly. There was no time to think about capturing lasting moments with an end of life pet session.
Wesley had moved from Australia to Te Kauwhata with his family and dog-brother Barry some years ago. He loved adventures, walks and the beach and with his passing left behind his heartbroken hoomans.
Shortly after, my work caught their attention and this stunning Fine Art Memorial Composite was created in his honour.
Rest in peace Wesley, you were so loved.
